How to shop our estate sales, and get first pick
Our sales are a treasure hunt. Here’s how they work, from presales to what to bring.
Shop before the sale
We provide a two (2) week presell period. The items listed below are all available for purchase PRIOR to the sale dates.
- Furniture
- Appliances
- Guns
- Vehicle(s)
How a presale works
- 1.Find a piece you like in one of our upcoming sale listings. Presale furniture is also posted on Facebook Marketplace.
- 2.Text Stephanie at (602) 319-0272. Texting is the fastest way to reach her.
- 3.Agree on the price, payment and a pickup time.
Stephanie can’t meet at a house the night before a sale opens, so reach out early. If it’s close to sale day, you can pay by card over the phone and buy a piece sight unseen, but those sales are final.

- Please bring a truck and help to load.
- No returns or refunds.
- First come, first served. No holds unless it’s paid for.
- No deliveries.
On sale day
- The street address is released shortly before the sale opens, usually at 5:00 a.m. on the first day. Check the sale’s listing that morning.
- Dates and hours are on every sale page. Most sales run two days.
- We accept cash, credit and debit cards.
Terms & conditions
- SHOPPERS PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH BAGS, PACKING SUPPLIES, TOOLS, MOVING EQUIPMENT AND HELP. We do not provide any of the aforementioned.
- Please be respectful to the home, property, and others around you.
- Enter at your own risk. Be cautious of your surroundings, we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
- Payment Methods: credit/debit cards and cash.
- All merchandise is sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" with NO Warranties, Expressed or Implied. NO refunds, returns, exchanges or merchandise guarantees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
