An itemized accounting, then your check
When the sale is over, you get a detailed settlement report showing what sold and for how much. Your proceeds come by check, typically within 6 business days of the final day of the sale.

What we’ll plan together in your consultation
Every family’s situation is different. These are the details we’ll work out with you before the sale.
- Getting into the home. We’ll set up a lockbox, or arrange access through your realtor, so you don’t need to be here to let us in.
- What your family wants to keep. Tell us which photos, papers and sentimental pieces to set aside.
- Your timeline. Whether there’s a home sale or a closing date we need to finish before.
- How you’d like updates. Phone, text, email, or all three.
