• I highly recommend Anderson Family Estate Sales & Services! The service they provide is personal, you work directly with the owner. They are kind, compassionate, organized, responsive, and professional. This is so welcome when you are already in a stressful situation, for my sister and I, it was down sizing and moving our mother out of her home for an imminent closing. If you need estate sale services, please do not hesitate to work with them. They were a welcome support in a very stressful time.

• The Anderson's and their team were absolutely amazing to work with. My grandmother passed earlier this year and lived in Sun City AZ, myself and the rest on our family live in California. They made everything so simple to setup via phone and email. It was a very hard time for our family but their care, attention to detail and not mention hard work made it so much easier. We felt very confident and comfortable with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for everything!

  Anderson Family is one of a kind in estate sales. Their professionalism and expertise is above and beyond other companies in the field. I called many other companies and NONE compared to the Anderson family.

  My initial call was quickly returned and Stephanie answered all my questions. She sent me a very detailed email a couple of hours later that included specific details for each step of their services including:

  1. commission and fees 2. organization and preparation time 3. advertising 4. sale days 5. social media sites and other contacts used for the sale 6. cleanup team time frame

  and many other details related to the estate sale process.

  They also gave us a 14 page list after the sale showing all items sold and money received for each one.

  They communicated with us and answered all of our questions before, during and after the sale. They were very respectful to our family and we will always be grateful for their compassion and understanding during this experience.

  Two things I want to point out to anyone reading this review:

  FIRST: I discovered many estate sale companies I had contacted said they have a “team” available to handle each step of the preparation and sales process.

  These companies dont tell you until later each “team” member is an outsourced company that only handles one step of the process. This means the customer is charged a commission and fees for each company on the “team”!

  Anderson Family Estate Sales is a family company…they truly are a TEAM! they work together and each family member specializes in a specific task. It does not require outsourcing to other companies! One commission and one set of fees.

  SECOND: Anderson Family Estate Sales has excellent advertising sites across all social media platforms.

  Their sites reach out to people that would be interested in buying the items for sale. It was impressive how they were able to easily contact buyers for specific items. It was a relief knowing the people attending the sale had a valid interest in the items and not just passing by and curious about the sale.

  They also have contacts within the general Phoenix area to assist with all other aspects of the sale. I was impressed with their wide range of contacts on many levels.

  We suggested preferred charities for some items not sold and they also provided options for charities for other items.

  We had a very successful sale and I would hire Anderson Family Estate Sales again without any hesitation!

• We’ve been to quite a few estate sales, and we always come back to the Anderson Family’s Estate Sales.

  Stephanie and Keith run a great operation with the help of their children who always go above and beyond to help you, which adds a nice, personal touch you don’t see very often anymore. For example, their daughter showed us how to disassemble a telescope we purchased and then kindly explained how to reassemble it when we got home, which was a huge help. Everyone is always approachable, even when things get busy.

  They run their sales in a way that feels fair and organized without losing that treasure hunt vibe that makes estate sales fun in the first place. Whether you’re looking for something specific or just browsing, it never feels chaotic or picked over in a frustrating way. In our experience, their prices are also fair for both their clients and customers.

  If you’re local and like estate sales, they’re absolutely worth checking out. While I’ve never needed to hold an estate sale, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them first if we were ever in that position. We’ll definitely keep going back and look forward to their sales!

I met with 3 companies before deciding on Stephanie with Anderson Family Estate sales and I am so thankful I did! They did such an amazing job going through 80 years worth of my moms things. A huge task and a TON of work to say the least and not only they did an amazing job with set up, sales and take down - they were flexible and understanding to my interuptions during their process. They sold way more then I thought possible and left what was a VERY FULL house completely cleaned up and empty and it looked amazing. Top professionals for sure and such a smooth and unbelievably helpful process. I highly recommend them for any sale you need!! You won't regret it!!!

• I contacted them about doing an estate sale for me. Unfortunately, they were booked way out beyond my timeline. The reason I'm leaving five stars is because they went above and beyond and gave me several recommendations when I told him the exact things that I was trying to liquidate and they knew several companies that would be a good fit. Now they're not going to make any money off of this yet. They were still willing to help me and that speaks a lot to how the company treats people.

• We highly recommend Anderson Family Estates. We had the unfortunate circumstances of needing to find an estate sale company in the Surprise area. None of the family lived in AZ so we had to quickly deal with a lot of details. There are a lot of choices for estate sale companies in the area and we looked into a number of them. When my sisters met with Stephanie they could tell right away she was somebody they'd want to work with. She proved to be honest, trustworthy, kind, and a great communicator. She went above and beyond multiple times along the way. Sale went great and we had no issues.

• I cannot say enough good about Stephanie Anderson and her estate sales. As a widower, I was moving elsewhere and—like so many my age—had accumulated a lifetime of “stuff” that I could not take with me.

  As directed, I photographed each item for accountability.

  Stephanie came in, inventoried and organized everything, advertised the sale and was patient with me as to certain “sentimental” possessions that I wanted treated special.

  I was astonished at the turnout of buyers that she generated, and the volume of the sales over several days. My share of the sales cash (itemized and detailed in her accounting to me) was more than I expected, and much more than I could have done on my own.
